Which countries and currencies are supported, and why is the default USD?

Accepted Answer

Shop2Topup is a global service. Default pricing is in USD because it's the standard for cross-border digital and crypto transactions, and because the stablecoins we accept (USDT/USDC) are pegged to the US dollar. Some products are region-restricted by the publisher; the product page indicates compatibility.

Email support@shop2topup.com from the email tied to your account. Recovery requires identity confirmation steps and may take time — keep your backup codes safe to avoid this.

A trusted device is a browser/computer you've marked safe — it skips 2FA on future logins. View and revoke trusted devices anytime from your account settings under 'Sessions & Devices.'

Shop2Topup uses a wallet (platform balance) model. You deposit funds in cryptocurrency once, and they sit in your wallet for as many orders as you like. To deposit, go to your dashboard, choose Reload Balance, pick your network and currency, then send the requested crypto to the displayed address.

Accepted Answer

We accept stablecoins only. Currently supported networks for USDT: BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain), TRC20 (Tron), ERC20 (Ethereum), Solana, Aptos, and TON. Some networks also support USDC. We do not accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or volatile coins.

How long does a crypto deposit take to confirm and credit my wallet?

It depends on the network. Typical confirmation times: TRC20, BEP20, Solana, TON, and Aptos confirm in seconds to a couple of minutes. ERC20 takes a few minutes depending on Ethereum network congestion. Once enough blocks confirm, your wallet balance updates automatically.

What happens if I send the wrong crypto, wrong network, or wrong amount?

Wrong network means funds may be lost on-chain — we cannot recover crypto sent to addresses not generated for that network. If you send less than required for the order, your wallet credits the partial amount; if you send more, the extra credits as wallet balance. Wrong currency behaves like wrong network. Always double-check the deposit screen before sending.

Are there any fees for deposits, orders, or currency conversion?

Shop2Topup doesn't charge deposit fees. Blockchain network (gas) fees are paid by you to the network when sending the crypto. Order prices on product pages are the final price you pay — no hidden charges.

Account dashboard → Transactions — full history of orders, deposits, refunds, and Diamond activity. Each entry has details, status, and timestamps.

Most orders deliver in seconds to minutes. Some products may take up to 24 hours, depending on the supplier and the game's API response time. Voucher codes are usually instant; direct topups depend on the game's topup gateway.

Why is my Player ID validated before checkout, and what happens if validation fails?

Accepted Answer

We validate your Player ID against the game's servers to confirm the account exists, is in the correct region, and can receive the topup. This prevents wasted orders. If validation fails, double-check your Player ID and zone/server, confirm the product matches your account's region, and try again if the game's server is down. You can't place a direct topup order until validation passes.

My order is stuck 'processing' — what should I do?

First, give it 15–30 minutes. Most 'processing' orders complete on their own as the supplier's API responds. If it's still stuck after that, email support@shop2topup.com with your order ID and we'll investigate.

I entered the correct Player ID but didn't receive the item in-game — what now?

Accepted Answer

Check the in-game inbox/mailbox — many topups land there before showing in your wallet. Restart the game. Confirm the topup is for the same account and server you logged into. If still missing, contact support with your order ID, screenshots of your in-game profile, and any error message you saw.

Where do I find my voucher code after purchase, and how do I redeem it?

Voucher codes appear on the order detail page in your dashboard right after delivery. Copy the code and redeem it in the game's official redemption portal — each product page links to the right portal.

Are voucher codes region-locked, and how do I check compatibility?

Accepted Answer

Many voucher codes are region-locked. The product page tells you the region (Global, MENA, SEA, etc.). Buying a code outside the supported region usually means the code won't work — we don't refund region mistakes, so check before buying.

What if my voucher code is invalid, already used, or expired?

Accepted Answer

If a code is genuinely defective, contact support@shop2topup.com within 48 hours of delivery, send screenshots of the error from the redemption portal, and we'll investigate. If the code was defective on our side, we replace it (replacement, not refund). If you redeemed it and it worked, then claim it didn't, we can verify on the supplier side and dispute the claim.

What is your refund policy, and when can an order be cancelled?

All cryptocurrency transactions are final. Wallet deposits are non-refundable. Delivered codes and completed topups are non-refundable. The main case where money comes back is a paid order or voucher redemption that fails to deliver after all retries — that amount is now converted to Gold and credited back to your Gold wallet automatically (1 Gold = 1 USD). If your 2FA is enabled it lands instantly; if not, it's held safely and credits the moment you enable 2FA. The other exception is provable Shop2Topup-side technical failures (wrong product delivered, double charge from a bug) — report within 48 hours, also refunded as Gold store credit. We do not refund to the original crypto.

I topped up the wrong Player ID by mistake — can it be reversed or transferred?

No. Once a topup is sent to a Player ID, it cannot be reversed or moved. The topup gateway delivers and we have no way to claw it back. Always verify the Player ID before confirming the order.

Yes — each Diamond batch you earn has an expiry date. When you redeem, we spend your oldest Diamonds first (first-in, first-out). This way your soonest-to-expire Diamonds get used before they're lost. Expired Diamonds are removed automatically and cannot be recovered.

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all traffic, passwords hashed with bcrypt/Argon2 (we never see your raw password), mandatory 2FA on accounts, crypto wallet screening for AML/sanctions compliance, and we don't store your full identity, phone number, or government ID — we collect the bare minimum to run the service. Wait 15–30 minutes — most 'stuck' orders auto-complete as supplier APIs respond. Check your Transactions page for the latest status. If the order ultimately fails, your payment is automatically converted to Gold and credited back to your Gold wallet (1 Gold = 1 USD) — instantly if your 2FA is enabled, or held and credited the moment you enable 2FA. No manual request needed. If something still looks wrong, email support@shop2topup.com with the order ID.

Email support@shop2topup.com. Include your account email, order IDs involved, a clear description of the problem, screenshots (in-game, error messages, transaction details), and the time and date the issue occurred. The more detail, the faster we can resolve it.

Who can post a review and what can I write about?

Accepted Answer

You can post a review only if you're signed in and your order has been delivered (status: completed). One review per order. Stick to your honest opinion of the product itself — was the delivery fast, was the code valid, did the topup land correctly. Don't share contact info, links, social handles, or marketing. Don't post profanity, harassment, or fake/paid reviews. Full rules are in our Terms of Service, Section 8.

Why is my review pending or rejected?

Every review is scanned automatically for profanity, links, and phone numbers. If anything is detected, the review is held for manual review by our moderation team — that's why you see 'pending'. The team can approve, edit, or reject it. Rejected reviews are not published. Common reasons: phone numbers or emails, links to external sites, marketing or referral codes, profanity or harassment, or content unrelated to the product.

Will my real name or email be visible on my review?

No. Your display name is masked publicly — only the first character is shown, the rest is replaced with asterisks (e.g. 'A****'). Your email is never shown to other users. Only you and our moderation team see your full name on your own reviews.

Single offences usually mean the review is rejected or hidden. Repeated, severe, or coordinated violations — sharing contact info, posting links, marketing other services, fake/paid reviews, abusive language — lead to permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all your Shop2Topup Diamonds, platform balance, and pending coin batches. There are no refunds for forfeited rewards. See Terms of Service Section 8.5.

Why does the price look different in my local currency, and what am I actually charged?

Our base currency is USD — every order, balance, and refund on shop2topup.com is recorded in USD. We show converted prices in your local currency (EUR, GBP, SAR, TRY, and many others) for convenience, using a third-party FX rate that we refresh hourly. The local-currency number is informational only — the actual charge is always in USD, settled in USDT 1:1 with USD. The rate at view is not the rate at checkout, and may differ from the rate offered by your bank or exchange. If you want certainty about the exact local amount, check your bank or exchange at the moment of payment.
