How this top-up works

Honkai: Star Rail is delivered by signing in to your own game account and buying the pack from inside it. That is why this order asks for three things instead of just a UID:

• Account email — the address you sign in with.
• Account password — used to sign in and complete the top-up.
• In-game UID — so the Shards land on the right character.

Before you order

• It must be a HoYoverse account with its own email and password. An account you sign in to with Google, Apple or Facebook cannot be topped up this way.
• Check the email and the UID before you pay. A top-up sent to the wrong account cannot be reversed.
• You can change your password after the order. Doing so does not affect a top-up that has already been delivered.

How your password is handled

• It is used only to sign in to your account and complete the top-up.
• We will never ask you for it by email, chat or phone — only in this order form. Anyone who does is not us.
