Developed and published by NetEase Games, Identity V drops you into a 1v4 detective horror — pick a Survivor (Doctor, Lawyer, Mechanic, Coordinator, "Postman" Victor and the rotating roster) or a Hunter (Jack the Ripper, Smiley Face, Geisha, Photographer and many more), then play out a single round in the Manor's grounds. How to find your Identity V User ID

1. Open Identity V and load into the main lobby.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Your Name and User ID are shown at the bottom of the Settings panel — copy the numeric ID.
4. Note your server region (Asia, NA or EU) — you'll need it on the topup page.
5. Type the User ID into the field on this page and pick the matching server.

Important: Echoes are server-locked. An Asia Echo will not work on NA or EU and vice versa. Combined with a wrong User ID, this is the #1 cause of failed Identity V topups — double-check both before paying. Refunds for wrong-ID or wrong-server orders are not possible.

How long does delivery take?

Why does the server matter?

Identity V Echoes are server-locked — Echoes credited to an Asia account will not appear on an NA or EU account, and vice versa. Always pick the server that matches your in-game build before paying.

What's the difference between Echoes, Spyglasses and Clues?

Echoes are the top-tier paid currency for costumes, banners and the season pass. Spyglasses are an event-related currency used for limited shop items. Clues are a secondary currency used for character talents, deduction tracks and lower-tier shop items.

What if I enter the wrong User ID?

The Echoes are credited to whichever account matches what you typed. Refunds are not possible once delivery succeeds, so double-check the User ID and the server before paying.

Does this work for the China client (第五人格)?

No. The mainland China Identity V build runs on a separate account system; Echoes bought here will not credit a China-server account.
