How to find your Zenless Zone Zero UID

1. Open Zenless Zone Zero and load into New Eridu (the main lobby or any in-game scene).
2. Look at the bottom-right corner of the screen — your UID is the 9-digit number shown there on every in-game screen.
3. Alternatively, tap your username in the top-left corner — the profile panel shows the UID on the left side, with a copy button next to it.
4. The first digit identifies your server: 6 = America, 7 = Europe, 8 = Asia, 9 = TW/HK/MO.

What if I enter the wrong UID or pick the wrong server?

The currency is credited to whichever account matches what you entered. Refunds are not possible once delivery succeeds, so double-check both fields before paying.

Is Monochrome the same as Polychrome?

Almost — Monochrome is the paid premium currency you buy here. It converts 1:1 to Polychrome inside the game, and Polychrome is what banners actually consume (160 Polychrome per pull). You can't buy Polychrome directly; you buy Monochrome and convert.
