What a B2B reseller account gives you
One account covers the whole platform. There is no separate developer tier, no add-on module to unlock, and no capability that only appears after a sales call.
Full catalog access
Every product we carry is open to every reseller account: mobile game currency, PC game credits, publisher wallets and gift-card codes, in one hierarchy of brands, product lines and buyable items.
REST API
A documented JSON API for catalog browsing, player validation, order creation, order status and order history. Send JSON, read JSON back β no SDK, no proprietary transport, no vendor client to install.
Read the API documentationFully automated delivery
Once an order is accepted it is fulfilled automatically, with no manual step on our side. Nobody has to be at a desk for it to go through, so orders are handled the same way at night, at the weekend, or during a launch-day rush.
30+ player regions
Products are mapped to the regions their publishers actually serve, and a player account is checked against that list before an order is accepted, so a mismatch fails fast instead of going nowhere quietly.
Crypto wallet funding
Top your balance up with USDT on the network you already use. Deposits are detected on-chain and credited automatically, with no invoice thread and no waiting for a banking window to open.
Order history and reconciliation
Orders are queryable one at a time, in batches, or as a filtered date-ranged list with pagination, so month-end reconciliation against your own books is a scripted job rather than a support ticket.
24/7 support
A human team watches deliveries around the clock and answers on Telegram or by email. Stuck orders get looked at while they are still stuck, not the next working morning.
7 storefront languages
The consumer-facing storefront runs in seven languages, Arabic and Persian included with full RTL layout, so one catalog serves customers you would otherwise need a separate build for.
The part everyone else makes hard
No KYC. No sandbox. No approval queue. Production API from minute one.
Suppliers in this market usually put three gates between you and a working integration: identity documents, a sandbox that behaves nothing like production, and a queue where somebody decides whether you are worth onboarding. We removed all three. The key you get on day one is the key that moves real money, against the same endpoints every other reseller uses.
- 1
Create your reseller account
Sign up with an email address. No company registration, no identity documents, no scanned paperwork, no interview.
- 2
Enable two-factor authentication
Your API key is issued immediately once 2FA is on, and the catalog and player-validation endpoints work at once β so you can build and test the whole integration before a single dollar moves.
- 3
Fund your wallet
Add balance with USDT or another supported method. A funded wallet is what the order endpoints require before they accept requests; everything else is already open to you.
- 4
Send your first live order
Post an order with your own UUID as the reference. The wallet is charged, delivery runs automatically, and you either poll the status endpoint or wait for the webhook to arrive.
How onboarding actually compares
A category comparison, not a brand fight. The only question that matters early is how many gates sit between signing up and shipping revenue.
| Onboarding gate | SHOP2TOPUP | Typical H2H suppliers | Marketplace resellers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live API from day one | Key issued as soon as 2FA is on | After manual onboarding | No public API |
| No KYC documents | Email address only | Documents and company details | Varies per seller |
| No sandbox gate | Production endpoints only | Sandbox sign-off first | Not applicable |
| Crypto wallet funding | USDT, detected on-chain | Bank transfer, banking hours | Per-order checkout |
| Hands-off delivery | Automatic once the order is accepted | Mixed manual and automated | Depends on the seller |
| Regional coverage | 30+ player regions | Often single-region | Fragmented by listing |
| Getting help | Telegram, email or a panel ticket | Email or a ticket form | Marketplace helpdesk queue |

How delivery works
Two fulfilment shapes cover the entire catalog, and both finish without anyone touching them.
Direct top-up by player ID
You send the player identifier plus any extra fields the product needs, such as a server or a zone. We resolve the account name against the game first and reject the order before charging you if the ID does not exist or sits outside the supported region. After that the currency simply lands in the account.
Voucher and gift-card codes
Code-based products return the code itself on the order record, ready to hand to your customer exactly as you would a printed card. Stock is checked before the order is accepted, so you never sell something we cannot hand over.
Order status and webhooks
Every order carries a status you can poll individually, in batches of up to fifty, or as a filtered list. Webhooks push status changes to your endpoint, so your storefront can mark an order delivered without polling on a timer.
Funding
Fund your wallet in crypto
Your balance is denominated in USD and spends the same whichever way it arrived. Crypto is simply the fastest route in: send USDT on a network you already hold, and the deposit is detected on-chain and credited without a support ticket.
- USDT on the network you already use
- Deposits detected on-chain and credited automatically
- No banking hours and no invoice thread
- Balance held in USD, so your costing stays predictable

Regional coverage
Products are region-mapped rather than sold blind. Before an order is accepted we check the player account against the regions the publisher actually serves for that product, which is why a wrong-region order fails at validation instead of consuming your balance and disappearing.

Proof, not adjectives
Two figures we can stand behind, and the operational habits that produced them.
Money math that does not drift
Balances are held at six decimal places, and every debit, credit and refund is written inside a database transaction. Wallet movements reconcile against order records automatically, and a mismatch raises an alert instead of quietly compounding.
Failures refund themselves
An order that cannot be fulfilled moves to a refunded state and the balance returns to your wallet. Partial fulfilment refunds only the undelivered units. You are never chasing a supplier for money you already paid.
Accounts you can lock down
Two-factor authentication is mandatory, API keys can be restricted to an IP allowlist, and session and key activity is logged β so an exposed credential is contained rather than catastrophic.
Reseller questions, answered
The questions partners ask before signing up, answered directly and without a discovery call.
Do I need KYC or company documents to become a reseller?
No. You do not need KYC documents, a company registration or scanned paperwork to open a reseller account and start selling. Sign up with an email address, switch on two-factor authentication, and the account is live. We verify behaviour on the platform rather than paperwork at the door, which is why onboarding takes minutes.
Is there a sandbox I have to pass before production access?
There is no sandbox β the key you receive on day one is a production key against production endpoints. Catalog browsing and player validation work immediately and cost nothing, so you can build and test the whole integration against real data before funding your wallet. Nothing you write has to be rewritten to go live.
How quickly can I send my first live order?
You can send a live order as soon as your wallet holds balance, which for a crypto deposit is usually the same session you signed up in. The sequence is account, two-factor authentication, wallet funding, order β with no approval queue and no sales call between any two of those steps.
When is my API key issued?
Your API key is issued immediately after you enable two-factor authentication on the account. It works for the catalog, requirements and player-validation endpoints straight away. The order endpoints are the only ones that additionally need a funded wallet behind them.
How do I fund my wallet?
Fund your wallet with USDT on any supported network, or with the other methods available in the reseller panel. Crypto deposits are detected on-chain and credited automatically, so there is no invoice to chase and no banking window to wait for. The balance itself is held in USD.
What kinds of products can I resell?
Two kinds: direct top-ups that credit a player account from its player ID, and code-based products that return a voucher or gift-card code you hand to your customer. Both go through the same order endpoint, and the catalog tells you which shape a product uses before you order it.
How does direct top-up delivery work?
You send the player ID plus whatever extra fields that product requires, such as a server or zone. We resolve the player name against the game, confirm the account sits in a supported region, then charge your wallet and fulfil the order automatically, with no manual step in between. The currency appears in the account without a code changing hands.
How do I know which fields a product needs?
Each product category exposes its own requirements list through the API, naming every field you must send and its type. Read it once per category, cache it, and build your checkout form from it β you never have to guess which games want a server, a zone, or nothing but a numeric ID.
Do you validate the player before charging my wallet?
Yes, validation happens before the order is accepted rather than after. If the player ID does not resolve, or resolves to an account outside the regions that product serves, the order is rejected and your balance is untouched. Player names always come from the game, never from anything a buyer typed.
What happens if an order fails?
A failed order moves to a refunded status and the money returns to your wallet automatically. If only part of a multi-unit order was delivered, only the undelivered units are refunded. The status sits on the order record, so your system can react without anyone opening a ticket.
Can I accidentally place the same order twice?
No, as long as you send your own UUID as the order reference β it acts as an idempotency key. Retry a request with the same reference after a timeout or a dropped connection and you get the original order back rather than a second charge, which makes safe retries a two-line change in your client.
Can I protect myself against a price change mid-request?
Yes. Order creation accepts an optional expected unit price, and the order is rejected rather than filled when the live figure sits above it. That turns a moving catalog into a predictable one: your storefront can quote a customer and be certain it will never be charged above what it quoted against.
Do you support webhooks, or do I have to poll?
Both are supported. Webhooks push order status changes to your endpoint as they happen, and the status, batch and list endpoints are there whenever you would rather pull. Most integrations use webhooks for the happy path and a periodic list call as a safety net.
How do I reconcile orders at the end of the month?
List your orders filtered by status and a date range, page through the result, and match it against your own records. Every order carries your reference, the charged amount, the currency and both timestamps, which is enough to reconcile a full month without exporting anything by hand.
Which regions and languages do you cover?
The catalog spans 30+ player regions, and the consumer storefront runs in 7 languages, Arabic and Persian included with full RTL layout. Region support is set per product rather than globally, so the catalog response tells you exactly where each item can be delivered.
How do I keep my API key secure?
Restrict the key to an IP allowlist, keep two-factor authentication switched on, and rotate the key from the reseller panel if it is ever exposed. Key usage and session activity are logged, so unusual access is visible rather than invisible. Treat the key like a wallet password, because that is what it is.
Start selling today, not next quarter
Create the account, switch on two-factor authentication, fund the wallet, ship. If you would rather read the endpoints first, the API reference is public and does not need an account.
