How to find your Age of Empires Mobile Player ID

1. Open Age of Empires Mobile and load into your city.
2. Tap your avatar in the upper-left corner of the main screen — the Governor Info panel opens.
3. Your character name and Governor Account ID are displayed on the right of the panel — copy the Governor Account number.
4. Note the Current Region shown below — that's your server.
5. Type the Player ID into the field on this page and pick the matching server.

Important: the Player ID and server must match. AoE Mobile runs many internal servers and the same Player ID can mean different cities on different servers. Refunds for wrong-ID or wrong-server orders are not possible.

How long does delivery take?

Do I need to share my password?

Gems vs Apex Coins — which one should I pick?

Both are paid premium currencies for the in-game shop, with different tier sizes and conversions for different shop sections. Pick the one matching the items you want to buy in-game — the AoE Mobile shop will show whichever the listed item costs. They are not interchangeable inside the game.

Which servers are supported?

The global build with all internal server kingdoms is supported. The mainland China client (帝国时代：手游) is a separate build with its own account system; Gems bought here will not credit a China-server account.

What if I enter the wrong Player ID or pick the wrong server?

The currency is credited to whichever account matches what you typed. Refunds are not possible once delivery succeeds, so double-check both fields before paying.
