How to redeem

1. Go to epicgames.com/redeem and sign in with the Epic account you want to fund.
2. Accept the Account Balance terms if this is your first top-up.
3. Enter the PIN from your code and check that the account shown is yours.
4. Select Redeem now. The card is added in one go — it cannot be split across accounts.
5. Find the funds under Account Settings → Payment → Epic Account Balance, then pick that balance at checkout.

United States accounts only. Epic cards are region and currency locked. A USD card only redeems on an Epic account set to the United States; any other country returns a territory restriction error, and Epic does not let you switch country to use a foreign card. Check your account country before you buy.

Which denominations do you sell?

Will it work on my non-US Epic account?

No. The card currency must match your Epic Account Balance currency, so a USD card needs a United States account. Epic does not support changing account country to redeem another region's card.

Can I spend the balance on games from other publishers?

Yes — on anything sold through the Epic Games Store, including third-party titles, and on in-game purchases in games that use Epic's payment system. The balance cannot be used outside Epic.

Do the codes expire?

Standard gift card codes do not expire. Once redeemed, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be turned back into cash.

Can I redeem several cards on one account?

Yes. Each card is redeemed in full and the amounts stack in the same balance, up to Epic's balance cap.
