Where to find your Telegram username

You need a public username, not a phone number. Set one once and it stays yours.

• iOS / Android: open Telegram → tap Settings → tap your name at the top → Username.
• Desktop / Web: open the hamburger menu (top-left) → Settings → Edit profile → Username.
• If the field is empty, set one — 5 to 32 characters, letters, digits and underscores. That's the string you paste here (with or without the @).

Can I top up someone else's Telegram?

Yes. Enter their public @username instead of yours. Stars and Premium credit to whichever account owns that handle at the moment of delivery.

What if I don't have a username yet?

Open Telegram → Settings → Edit Profile → Username, pick a free one, save, then come back and paste it here. Accounts without a username cannot receive third-party Stars or Premium top-ups.

Do Telegram Stars expire?

No. Stars sit on your balance indefinitely until you spend them on a paid post, gift, mini-app purchase, channel boost or game item.

What do I actually get with Telegram Premium?
