How to find your CrossFire Mobile Player ID

1. Open CrossFire Mobile and load into the main lobby.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the corner of the lobby.
3. Open the Account / Profile tab — your Player ID (sometimes labelled User ID) is shown with a copy icon.
4. Note your current Server and type both into the fields on this page.

Important: copy the digits exactly. A wrong Player ID or Server sends CF Points to the wrong account, and refunds for wrong-ID orders are not possible.

Which servers / regions are supported?

CrossFire Mobile runs separate Taiwan, Japan, Korea, North America / Global and SEA builds, each with its own Player ID space. Pick the Server that matches your character before paying — CF Points bought for one Server will not credit a different region.

What if I enter the wrong Player ID?

The CF Points are credited to whichever account matches the Player ID and Server you typed. Refunds are not possible once delivery succeeds, so double-check before paying.

Can I get a refund?

Once CF Points are delivered to a CrossFire Mobile account, the order is final. If a delivery fails on our side we refund or retry — reach out to support and we'll sort it.
