How to find your Ragnarok X: Next Generation Player ID

1. Open Ragnarok X: Next Generation and load into your character in town.
2. Tap your character portrait in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Open the Other Info tab — your Character ID is a long 19-digit number (e.g. 4611686019635450113) with a copy icon next to it.
4. Note the Server name shown in the same panel and type both into the fields on this page.

Important: copy the digits exactly. A wrong Character ID or Server sends Kafra Coin to the wrong account, and refunds for wrong-ID orders are not possible.

What if I enter the wrong Player ID?
