How to find your Arena of Valor Player ID

1. Open Arena of Valor and load into the main lobby.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll down inside the Settings panel — your Player ID (sometimes labelled "AOV ID") is shown with a copy icon.
4. Paste the Player ID into the field on this page.

Important: copy the digits exactly. A wrong Player ID sends Vouchers to the wrong account, and refunds for wrong-ID orders are not possible.

Which servers / regions are supported?

Global. Arena of Valor uses one global Player ID space across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mainland China plays Honor of Kings instead — Vouchers bought here will not credit a Honor of Kings account.

Does this work on Nintendo Switch?

What if I enter the wrong Player ID?

The Vouchers are credited to whichever account matches the Player ID you typed. Refunds are not possible once delivery succeeds, so double-check before paying.

Can I get a refund?

Once Vouchers are delivered to an Arena of Valor account, the order is final. If a delivery fails on our side we refund or retry — reach out to support and we'll sort it.
