Developed and published by X.D. Network Co., Ltd. (XD Inc.), Heartopia entered Open Beta on 17 July 2024 and launched its international server on 8 January 2026. It's a multiplayer life simulation built around creativity, freedom and friendship — you build a home, pick up hobbies, decorate, fish, cook and meet other players in a town packed with seasonal events.

How to find your Heartopia Player ID

1. Open Heartopia and wait for the town / home screen to load.
2. Tap your avatar or character portrait in the top-left of the screen.
3. The profile panel shows your Player ID next to your nickname — tap the copy icon.
4. Paste the number into the Player ID field on this page.

Important: copy the digits exactly. A wrong Player ID sends Heart Diamonds to the wrong account, and refunds for wrong-ID orders are not possible.

Which servers are supported?

The international Heartopia server launched on 8 January 2026 — that's the build our storefront supports. Your Player ID is unique to that account.

What if I enter the wrong Player ID?

The Heart Diamonds are credited to whichever account matches the ID you typed. Refunds are not possible once delivery succeeds, so double-check the Player ID before paying.
