How to find your Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID

1. Open Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and wait for the main lobby to load.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Look at the Basic Information panel. Your ID appears in the format UserID(ZoneID) — for example 1030612204(13124).
4. The number before the bracket is your User ID. The number inside the bracket is your Zone ID (also called Server ID).
5. Type both into the matching fields on this page — User ID first, Zone ID second.

Important: both numbers are required. Sending just the User ID without the Zone (or with the wrong Zone) credits Diamonds to a different account. Refunds for wrong-ID orders are not possible.

How long does delivery take?

Direct Topup is usually under 60 seconds. Both Promo and Global packs use the same delivery channel — neither is slower than the other.

Do I need to share my password?

No. We never ask for your Moonton login, email or 2FA code. Your User ID and Zone ID are enough.

Direct Topup Promo vs Direct Topup Global — which one should I pick?

Direct Topup Promo packs include bonus Diamonds (for example 156+16, 1547+278) and offer the best value — pick these whenever the amount you want exists in the Promo list. Direct Topup Global packs (5, 12, 17+2, 25+3 …) are smaller base amounts useful for buying an exact total or grabbing a single emote when you don't want to commit to a bigger pack.

What if I enter the wrong User ID or Zone ID?

The Diamonds are credited to whichever account matches the numbers you typed. Refunds are not possible once delivery succeeds. Always double-check both numbers — copy them straight from the in-game Basic Information panel before paying.

Does this work for all servers (SEA, EMEA, AMER, EA, EECA)?

Yes. Mobile Legends uses one global client — your Zone ID identifies which internal server your account lives on. As long as you enter the correct User ID and Zone ID, the Diamonds reach your account regardless of region.

Do I need to enter my nickname too?

The User ID and Zone ID are enough for our delivery system. We verify the pair against Moonton's player lookup before charging your wallet, so a wrong ID is rejected before the order is placed.
